No reward

Today my mother and I entered a discussion in which we could never agree - environment protection.

Now mother is a very rational person having worked as an engineer for many years she doea not lack common sense or logic. However with all thar professional side of her taken into consideration she also does not want to agree to act like environment protection is her reslonsibility. I on the other hand think that everyone should act like it is their fault and their responsibility. If all start seeing our planet as a home that needs looking after and maitenance than we will save ourselves a lot of hassle few years down the line. I do agree that big strategies will have to come into play but commercially unless the masses start acting nothing will change. Do we really want our grand kids try to adapt to an environment more suitable for amphibians fifty years down the line?
