Today has been one of those days, when no matter what you start doing, it will get continuously interrupted until you will finally give up.
So many people all of a sudden saught contact that it has become overwhelming. Not being a very social creature, and getting enough social activity at work (being a showroom assistant obviously helps), I find myself tired and weary of any social contact. It is very hard it seems to be able to stay socially interesting and entertaining. However, there are only two or three days like this in a year, so it might as well be dealt with and forgotten as soon as possible.
Just a thought: do people remember you because they care or because they feel they ought to?
I definitely know how you're feeling here. Sometimes it is too much for me as well! I realize more and more that I am not great at juggling multiple social obligations, including communication! :) And for the record, I always care!
